The world of 14-year-old Shaun revolves around his broken family home, and a group of truant friends who inhabit Melbourne's northern suburb shopping centres. Shaun spins between chaos at home, hanging around the mall with his mates and girlfriend, small time crime, ditching school, and avoiding his youth worker.
